DRC is excited to introduce a 12 week program for rowers with limited or no sweep rowing experience to build competency and confidence rowing in 8s with the goal of racing in the Iron Cove Classic in September (date tbc by RNSW).

In this program you will:

• Learn and develop the fundamentals lof sweep rowing
• benefit from weekly training with an experienced coach
• work towards an exciting racing goal - the Iron Cove Classic is a 7km course around Cockatoo Island  in a time trial format 
• join some of the PLC parents who have recently completed the Corporate Rowing regatta

The cost of the program for DRC members is $240. This will cover coaching and your race fee.

Please note places are limited. The goal is to boat one or two eights with the numbers to accommodate absences.
