Centenary Regatta and Mixed A Grade 8+ Race Sunday 7 April

Information from your Regatta Planning Committee

• Race commentary for the day is being provided by Lizzi Chapman and Barry Moynahan from Aqua Luna restaurant balcony and will also be broadcast at LRC
• A souvenir program is being designed and will be available on the day
• The T Shirts have arrived and will go on sale once we have allocated number and sizes required by the crews entered in the Mixed A Grade 8+ race. Leichhardt and Sydney Womens MLC are the first two clubs to enter. So, come on Drummoyne get your entries in before they close on Monday April 1. 
• Drummoyne crews will be excluded from the lucky prize of $250.00 but eligible for the first prize purse of $1,000.00
• The Mixed 8+ race will start from Rodd Island and at this stage the plan is to have the starter in a tinnie moored at the wharf
• The marker buoys for the race will be repositioned after the last race on the grade regatta program.

Centenary Raffle

The Club is fundraising for the Smith Family Learning for Life Program and Junior Development at Drummoyne Rowers. Many thanks to Anthony Haworth and Captain Cook Cruises for their generous donation of the top 2 prizes – Penfolds Gold Dinner Cruise for 2 guests during Vivid Sydney and a Whale Watching Cruise for 4 guests.
